At Freedom Christian School we have a clear understanding of how God designed mankind to function. He did not make us one dimensional creatures. We were made in HIS image. We fully comprehend that man is comprised of four components that make up who we are: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. Only an education whose foundation is based on the Word of God is capable of educating the whole person. The spiritual component, the most important component, is woefully lacking or missing entirely in many school systems. Because we have this clear understanding, we are uniquely prepared to educate young people for their life ahead, equipping them to use their God given talents and preparing them to be lifelong learners so they can effectively impact their world for Christ. |

Three key factors enable us to accomplish this type of education with excellence and consistency. We call these the BUILDING BLOCKS OF FREEDOM because these vital components provide the structure for everything we do. The first is our Biblical Foundation. As in any structure, the rest of the building is only as
sound as the foundation upon which it is built. Our educational foundation is built on TRUTH which is found in the Word of God. In every subject, God’s plan for our world and our lives is central. We believe that the purpose of all of creation is to glorify God and that history and the progress of mankind is an unfolding of God’s plan. To that end, we teach each and every subject through the lens of Biblical truth.
Building on that firm foundation we also adhere to strong Conservative Christian Values, which are not only part of the curriculum at Freedom, they are part of the atmosphere. The staff and faculty model these values and expect to see them mirrored in our students. Our students are like students everywhere, but Freedom staff and faculty constantly challenge our students to live Christ-like lives in their relationships, ethics, morals and testimony in the community.
Lastly, we employ the use of time honored, Proven Tools of Learning. From the earliest grades until our students graduate, Freedom’s experienced faculty embrace the teaching methods proven over hundreds of years to develop creative, insightful, and analytical thinkers. We not only want our students to achieve educational excellence, we want to kindle a love of learning and of truth and we want to equip our students with the skills to positively influence their culture for Christ.
