Dear Homeschool Families,
Below are some reminders and announcements for March.

FACS2 Homeschool Friend Day – Thursday, March 1

Please let us know by Wednesday if you have arranged for a student to visit.
This is an opportunity for homeschool students to see and experience our FACS2 program. Visiting elementary students will sit next to their friend, participate in classroom activities, eat lunch in a cafeteria, and play on the playground during recess. Visiting students will need a sack lunch and appropriate clothes for outdoor recess.

Parents may stay for refreshments and a time of questions and answers with moms of current students in the FACS 2 program. A tour of the building and homeschool classrooms is also part of the morning.

Date: Thursday, March 1, 2012
Arrival: Visiting students will partner-up with their friend at 8am in the elementary gym.  FACS 2 students will escort them to their classroom.
Dismissal: Parents of visiting students will pick up their children at 12:30 by the elementary doors.

Moms’ Coffee – Wednesday, March 28 at 8:30 – 10:00 am
Showcasing FACS2 - Freedom’s 2 day university-style program.
Join Wednesday School and FACS 2 moms… and visiting moms for a sit-down morning share time talking about homeschooling!  Refreshments will be served and *childcare is available.  Teachers and moms from the FACS2 program will be talking about curriculum, lesson plans and how the 2-day program can assist homeschool families in their homeschooling endeavor.
*Childcare will be available for children 6 and under by Wendy Schultz and two FACS2 girls, age 12.  Wendy is a homeschooling mom who has been a part of the Freedom Family for many years.  She has graciously offered to babysit toddlers and preschoolers in a separate classroom. Nursing babies are welcome to stay with their mom during the coffee.

March is re-enrollment for Wednesday School and FACS 2 families:
FACS 2 Program: grades 1st – 11th
$100 enrollment fee per child on or before April 1, 2012
$150 enrollment fee after April 1, 2012.
Wednesday School Program: grades K – 6th
$50 enrollment fee/per child on or before July 1, 2012
$75 enrollment fee after July 1, 2012
*Open enrollment for NEW families  begins in April.
